Ms. Simran Kothari is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Commerce graduate from University of Calcutta. She serves as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. Responsible for ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable SEBI regulations, including the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable corporate laws. She oversees corporate governance practices, Board processes, and regulatory compliances of the Company.
