Aparesh Nandi, aged 60 years is a commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta. He is the Managing Director and also the Promoter of our Company. He has more than 25 years of experience in Merchant Export Business, about 40 years of experience in food processing and preservation industry and more than 40 years of experience in railway infrastructure business. He is involved in formulating the Business Strategies of the Company, arranging and addressing the financial needs and is instrumental in laying down the vision and goals for the Company.
Abhishek Chakraborty aged 33 holds a law degree and a commerce degree from the University of Calcutta. He belongs to the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, which was established by an Act of Parliament as an associate member. He has completed the National Stock Exchange's courses, which have given him expertise of the financial market. He previously spent three years as a Young Professional affiliated with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. He also had a position as corporate secretary with Haldiram Bujiawala Ltd. and its related firm. He has worked in tax and accounting as well as compliance secretarial roles for more than five years.
Kingshuk Basu aged 47 years, is a commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta. Responsible for ensuring adequate capital allocation for company's business, ensuring adequate internal controls, ensuring smooth conduct of auditing by external auditors, ensuring proper tax compliances. He has been associated with our company since January 2004.
